How Employees are Benefiting from AI and Automation Generation

It's not just about boosting profits for business owners. Employers and employees alike are discovering the benefits of new technology in improving current processes and enhancing the overall work environment.

As per a recent survey conducted by UiPath with over 6,400 employees worldwide, there is a growing interest among workers in utilizing automation to handle routine tasks, leading to increased satisfaction, engagement, and productivity by eliminating dreaded responsibilities from their daily routines.

Fifty-six percent of the respondents expressed confidence in the potential of AI-powered automation to enhance their job performance and improve their work-life balance. This sentiment is particularly strong among younger employees, with almost 70% of Gen Z individuals showing a positive attitude towards AI-powered automation. However, over half of Gen X and 44% of Baby Boomers also acknowledge the advantages offered by these technological tools.
